What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns, following established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs
- Uphold merchandising standards and participate in store recovery as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous retail customer experience is preferred
