      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in assigned territory
      - Develop and execute effective sales training programs to drive brand growth
      - Build and maintain relationships with store sales associates and management
      - Drive Pro Business and Retail In-Home Sales by partnering with distributor sales teams
      - Manage travel and expense budgets while achieving territory sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred
      - Sales experience preferred
      - Ability to travel overnight 25%-40%
      - Field-based role requiring regular daily local travel
      - Background in millwork or decking is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Sales or Marketing
      - Understanding of the sales process and sales cycle
      - Strong client and customer relationship skills
      - Experience in building materials preferred
      - Familiarity with quality processes
