What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products supplied by the employer for assigned customers within the region
- Act as a back-up for Retail Sales Consultants and perform assigned duties as needed
- Work on various projects, including new item cut-ins, category resets, and emergency deliveries
- Assist with product placement and positioning on store shelves
- Participate in sales meetings as requested and maintain good attendance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of two (2) years of grocery or grocery sales and/or distribution experience preferred
- Reliable transportation, including a car or access to public transportation and a smartphone
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision

- Comfortable performing multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities
