      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to retention inquiries via telephone, email, and cases
      - Handle inbound cancellation and downgrade calls from existing customers
      - Identify reasons for cancellation and implement strategies to retain customers
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
      - Participate in special projects and tests as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must not be on any attendance or performance plans
      - Minimum of 90 days in the current role
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a finance and/or retention setting
      - Solid math and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of financial principles
      - Proven ability to express empathy and enthusiasm for a customer-focused experience
