      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 2-3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or a related field, preferably in the telecom industry
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices
      - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service support experience or experience in sales
      - Bilingual communication skills, particularly for serving diverse communities
      - Commitment to staying updated with industry developments and trends
