What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and analysis to enhance revenue cycle operations across the organization
- Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and internal information systems staff to improve business processes
- Develop work plans and train users on system functionalities
- Document current business processes and provide insights for workflow improvements
- Work closely with enrollment and network staff to ensure proper setup for billing and referrals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or formal technical training, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve workflows
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related role, particularly within revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with healthcare billing processes and systems
- Proficiency in project management and user training
- Ability to document and analyze business processes effectively
