      The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee and manage the entire span of revenue cycle functions, front to back end. S/he will be able to Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and implement departmental wide procedures and processes to maximize revenue. Project revenue for the budgets, business plans, new programs and other initiatives.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Prepare and analyze revenue/financial reports, metrics and report on performance
      • Analyzes billing and financial information to identify opportunities for improvement, growth and revenue enhancement; and implement plans of action to achieve goals
      • Ensure integrity of billing infrastructure, including bill areas, charge master, claim logic, edits and the credentialling of providers
      • Supervises Coder and staff's work related to revenue cycle activities; provide guidance, direction and assess performance
      • Oversee and clear Work Queues and Edits
      • Work with Manager, Faculty Practices and Operations Managers to ensure that staff are trained and updated on all aspects of the billing function

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s Degree Required
      • Master’s Degree highly Preferred
      • 10 year’s work experience
      • High level of knowledge of EPIC, Reimbursement and Revenue Cycle
      • Experience with provider enrollment
      • Knowledge of coding and billing compliance
