      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure timely responses to internal and external customers regarding billing inquiries
      - Collaborate with a multi-departmental team to provide revenue cycle support services
      - Process and follow up on payer issues to ensure resolution
      - Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system and associated accounts
      - Participate in the overall flow of accounts throughout the revenue cycle process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required
      - Minimum of 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred
      - Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to understand and follow HIPAA regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with various revenue cycle processes and terminologies
      - Experience in a healthcare-related environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
