What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely responses to internal and external customer inquiries
- Collaborate with a multi-departmental team to address billing inquiries
- Provide various revenue cycle support services related to day-to-day operations
- Process and follow up on payer issues for resolution
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system and associated accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred
- Working knowledge of revenue cycle systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to understand and follow HIPAA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting related to revenue cycle management
- Strong analytical skills for resolving account discrepancies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures and insurance policies
