What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support outsourced billing and coding teams, identifying optimal processes for scalability and optimization
- Develop and document internal processes and workflows to enhance revenue cycle operations
- Proactively seek improvements in revenue cycle activities and recommend changes to eliminate barriers
- Provide eligibility and insurance verification support to healthcare centers
- Assist in building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and clinical operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle experience in a physician office setting
- Coding certification (CPC, COC, CCS, CCA, CPB, CBCS) required or to be completed within 6 months of hire
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle functions in a complex, multi-state environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with capitated reimbursement models strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of eClinicalWorks strongly preferred
