- Work within an energetic team focused on driving strategic growth for Kellogg in 2024 and beyond.
- Lead the brand, channel and customer commercial strategy and revenue growth management plans for one of our leading categories.
- Create industry leading pricing, promotion, product pack size and investment plans to grow the Kellogg business sustainably whilst driving category sales.
- Build strong relationships and work cross functionally with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply and Leadership Teams to develop leading strategies that bring our plans to life.
- Make it happen! Communicate, sell and ensure excellent execution of the commercial strategy and revenue growth management plans
- Be the UK commercial lead on innovation projects bringing in the voice of the customer to enable world class execution.
- Manage your portfolio performance against KPI’s by customer, channel and brand, building business cases for support needed to grow our categories, Kellogg's sales, profit and gross margin %
- Excellent commercial/financial acumen, with strong experience of managing a P&L.
- A strategic thinker with strong numerical & analytical skills to create best in class strategies.
- Brilliant communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to quickly form strong cross functional relationships internally & externally.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Positive thinker with a resilient attitude.
- Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business
- You should be able to excel at working both by yourself and in a team environment.
- FMCG/Multiples experience preferred.
Revenue Growth Manager - UK
