      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure rate parity across all online distribution channels and manage promotional offers
      - Conduct pace and pickup analysis to monitor demand trends and booking behavior
      - Maintain and improve databases and reporting tools for internal use
      - Manage room inventory using brand systems to maximize revenue and occupancy
      - Monitor market trends and provide strategic pricing recommendations based on market conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interest in hotel revenue management and commercial strategy
      - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
      - Proficiency with Excel and general Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
      - Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS (e.g., Opera, OnQ, Synxis) is a strong asset
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in revenue management or related roles within the hospitality industry
      - Knowledge of competitive research and benchmarking methodologies
      - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
