What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel ownership and management
- Lead revenue strategy virtual meetings and develop recommended strategies
- Analyze performance reports and implement approved recommendations
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis and provide recommendations
- Monitor inventory restrictions and adjust as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in hotel revenue management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of hotel/industry systems
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with preferred knowledge of Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
