What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Develop and execute revenue management projects and strategies
- Maintain accurate reservation system information and update market knowledge
- Coordinate strategies between group sales offices and reservation centers
- Monitor distribution channels for positioning and competitor analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field OR 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related area (with 2-year degree) OR 1 year of experience in a related area (with 4-year degree)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel industry and revenue management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in hospitality or hotel management
- Familiarity with Marriott brand and initiatives
