      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Measure and analyze the ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness of all marketing programs, channels, and campaigns
      - Analyze conversion rates across every stage of the marketing and sales funnel to identify friction points and provide recommendations
      - Ensure accurate tracking and data quality within core marketing systems and their integration with Salesforce
      - Develop, maintain, and report on multi-touch attribution models to credit marketing influence across the customer journey
      - Design and maintain dashboards that visualize key marketing KPIs for leadership and tactical teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
      - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation Analytics, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from major Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM (Salesforce)
      - Experience with multi-touch attribution methodologies
      - Advanced SQL proficiency for querying large datasets and building data models

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
      - Direct experience with Domo for BI development
      - Strong proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Looker)
