What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and continuously improve the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from quote creation through order processing to Finance handoff
- Develop and manage SLAs with Finance and Legal to ensure predictable turnaround times
- Serve as the business owner for DealHub, managing product/pricing setup and integration with Salesforce
- Provide guidance on complex or non-standard deals, ensuring approvals follow the defined matrix
- Track and report SLA compliance and deal throughput metrics to provide visibility for Sales, Finance, and Legal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk / Q2C Operations within a high-velocity SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DealHub or similar CPQ/Contracting tools
- Exposure to Finance or Legal operations, including order management and revenue compliance
- Strong process thinker with a detail-oriented approach and high accuracy standards
- Proficient in Salesforce Q2C functionality, able to maintain product, pricing, and approval data

- Experience in stakeholder management, aligning Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal on shared SLAs and policies
