What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and optimize the employer's tech stack, including Salesforce and various Customer Success tools
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Customer Success teams, providing insights on best practices and metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement Customer Success technology solutions
- Oversee customer onboarding and deployment processes, ensuring compliance and seamless experiences
- Provide end-user training and support to drive successful adoption of tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations supporting Customer Success teams, preferably in a technology company
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and Customer Success platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track key Customer Success metrics
- Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Experience with Notion, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira, or Netsuite is a plus
- Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
