What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and evaluate workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success
- Develop logical frameworks to address issues as they arise
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy
- Serve as the first point of escalation for revenue-related issues and questions
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to optimize commercial tools and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred; business or STEM undergraduate degree required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience in designing and implementing processes for large enterprises or high-growth startups
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels
