What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and refine sales forecasting models to enhance accuracy and visibility into future revenue performance
- Monitor pipeline trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to ensure predictable revenue outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align on forecasting assumptions and validate pipeline data
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into forecast accuracy and pipeline health
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting reliability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role with a focus on forecasting and pipeline analytics
- Proven ability to build and manage sales forecasting models and perform pipeline health analysis
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting platforms (e.g., Clari), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex revenue data and provide actionable recommendations
