      Our Reward and HR Transactions team, part of People Advisory Services at EY, is welcoming a new colleague with at least five to ten years of experience in a Reward consulting role.

      Our team focuses on optimizing the Total Reward experience of both the employer and employee especially within the context of transactions. We help our clients to improve their performance, efficiency and effectiveness, and to maintain compliance in their Compensation & Benefits practices.

      As a Manager Reward you will help clients with rethinking their reward strategy by providing insights, knowledge and experience on reward programs and processes.

      Our Team - Do great minds always think alike?

      • Attraction, retention, and motivation of employees before, during, and after a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, for example: HR due diligence research, design of bonus and retentions plans, harmonization of employment conditions. We work closely together with EY’s HR Transaction team on this service offering.
      • The effectiveness of employee compensation, for example: developing an appropriate reward strategy, linking reward decisions to performance management, making variable compensation more effective.
      • Appropriate executive rewards, for example: developing a transparent and compliant compensation policy, designing an appropriate and effective compensation package, support the writing of a remuneration report.

      Your responsibilities:

      • You will be part of, or leading, multi-disciplinary project teams, and meetings with clients to advise, shape and drive the Total Reward strategy and implications of a transaction.
      • You manage day-to-day problem solving and team analytical activities and serve as a key liaison among consulting team members and partners, and our clients.
      • You contribute to business development, develop your own internal and external network and support marketing of our propositions.
      • You take proactive leadership in shaping and executing the team’s strategy and take a leading role in profiling yourself and the team within the organization.
      • You promote and facilitate a positive working atmosphere, both within the team and beyond.

      To qualify for the role, you meet the following requirements:

      • You have already experience within a reward environment.
      • You have completed a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources. Another study background and affinity with Reward and/or Transactions? We are looking forward to receive your motivation.
      • You have 5-10 years of relevant work experience in an environment that interfaces with HR, Reward and/or Transactions.
      • You have excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.
      • You have an interest in helping clients optimize their human capital – the right people with the right capabilities, in the right place, at the right cost and doing the right things.

      Ideally, you’ll also have:

      • Interest in data analytics and technology is a plus.
      • Familiarity with HR related financial topics and its implications.
      • Excellent communication across cultures and within a virtual working environment.

      The Reward team ensures that organizations can offer the best possible Reward experience to their employees. We help our clients to improve their performance, effectiveness and maintain compliance in their Reward strategies.
