What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end RFP and security questionnaire response process for prospective enterprise customers
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely responses
- Draft and refine written answers to technical, functional, and business questions in RFPs and RFIs
- Establish and maintain a scalable, up-to-date knowledge base of commonly asked questions and approved answers
- Partner with Sales leadership to track and improve RFP win rates and turnaround times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working on RFPs or security questionnaires in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent deadlines
- Excellent written communication and editing skills, with attention to both detail and clarity
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience standing up a net-new RFP function or tooling
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and InfoSec documentation
- Background in proposal writing, technical writing, or solution consulting
