      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct conflict-of-interest search requests for new hires and business development
      - Analyze conflicts reports and make informed recommendations for attorney review
      - Communicate conflict-of-interest information to attorneys and staff, ensuring thorough follow-up
      - Conduct research using third-party business resources for new clients
      - Act as a procedural resource for attorneys regarding the conflict process and related policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum two years of experience in general research, paralegal, or project assistance, or one year of direct conflicts experience in a law firm
      - Professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in using online research tools and databases such as Intapp, Aderant, Dunn & Bradstreet, and Hoovers
      - Excellent project management skills and experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree and relevant work-related experience
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with attorneys and management
      - Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
