What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and maintain staff credibility
- Identify and resolve staff and resource challenges
- Provide feedback for annual performance evaluations to the Clinic Director
- Manage staff scheduling and unplanned absences according to protocols
- Promote effective communication among staff and patients while performing general RN duties when needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical or procedural nursing experience
- Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience
- Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Additional nursing certifications
