      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the nursing process to provide safe and therapeutic allocation of nursing resources to patients and families
      - Make independent judgments and decisions regarding staffing and unit workflow issues
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of patient care from admission through discharge
      - Perform leadership functions related to clinical practice, education, and management as delegated by the Nurse Manager
      - Promote quality nursing care and effective communication within the unit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BSN degree in nursing
      - WA State RN license
      - Two to three years of professional nursing experience
      - Acute care nursing experience
      - Charge nurse experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated skill and preference for adult education, such as experience as a preceptor or in unit-based skills training
