      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct concurrent medical record reviews for identified payer populations
      - Collaborate with clinical teams to address incomplete documentation
      - Assign working DRG through identification of principal and secondary diagnoses
      - Communicate with physicians to improve medical record documentation
      - Utilize CDI software systems to track and report outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse with a current RN license
      - 5 years of acute medical/surgical care nursing experience
      - 3 years of clinical documentation improvement experience
      - Certification in Clinical Documentation
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related service
      - Knowledge of coding issues and guidelines
