THE POSITION
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an RN Clinical Development Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing clinical practice standards. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative educational programs, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and professional development. Graduate of a school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred. Current RN license to practice in the state of North Carolina with 3 years’ acute care experience. Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA). Current Instructor Certification for BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
