      RN - Med/Surg - FT Nights

      Job Summary:

      • The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.
      • Monitoring and maintaining accurate patient medical records; and communicating patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation systems.
      • Communicate and collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
      • Assess the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patient's family/significant others.

      Qualifications:

      • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN is preferred.
      • At least six months of experience as an RN.
      • Current New Mexico RN License.
      • Current BLS.
