What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand customer needs and develop a thorough understanding of the technology framework and processes
- Onboard new clients by configuring solutions using user interfaces and SQL updates
- Create and maintain RPA processes, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary data and manage expectations
- Propose efficiency optimizations and conduct consulting with internal and external clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- RPA experience preferred (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other RPA platforms)
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, Cosmos, Mongo, etc.
- Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and/or payer organizations
- Experience working in a Scrum or Agile development environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, C++, or JavaScript
