      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process all release of information requests accurately and efficiently
      - Validate requests and authorizations for medical information releases
      - Perform quality checks to ensure confidentiality and proper invoicing
      - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
      - Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to established policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      - Ability to type 50 wpm and operate fax, copier, and scanning machines
