      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process all release of information requests accurately and in a timely manner
      - Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures
      - Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of released information
      - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns proactively
      - Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring proper storage of records and files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (GED) required
      - Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
      - Strong computer skills with a general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
      - Proven customer satisfaction skills and strong organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a healthcare or medical records environment
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
      - Ability to quickly learn new equipment and processes
      - Self-motivated with a strong team player mentality
      - Experience with data entry and document management systems
