What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight and support to Regional Distribution Center Managers and Regional Operations Directors on routing software utilization and efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of Transportation Coordinators, fostering their growth and development
- Analyze data and develop reports to offer cost-saving solutions and improve service
- Collaborate with corporate freight to increase routing saturation
- Serve as the primary support contact for routing software or process issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree and 1+ years of transportation/logistics experience; or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of transportation or logistics experience; or 3+ years of data analysis experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized with specific attention to detail
- Proficient in applications including or similar to M365, Power BI, and Tableau
- Willingness to travel to regional warehouses as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced skills in building spreadsheets, manipulating and cleaning data, forecasting, and other data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Omnitracs/RoadNet or other routing software
- Background in logistics and DOT/OSHA compliance
