- Business Acumen - Develop an in-depth understanding of market channels in the pool chemical area Manufacturer/Repackager/Distribution/Retail/Service. With a solid understanding of sub-section of the business; as a whole.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with the pool and spa market.
- Collaborative Sales Forecasting with accounts and entering detail into INFOR monthly, Working with Finance and management on MBRs.
- Collaboratively managing customer orders with Customer Service and Order Fulfillment.
- Business planning and market intelligence gathering - pricing recommendations by account.
- Communication with customer base through email, site visits and trade shows.
- Assorted administrative work - salesforce, tableau, expense reports, weekly updates.

We are looking for an RPL Sales Manager to join our Pools Solutions team. This position will report into the Regional Corporate Accounts Director and be responsible for managing the RPL Cal Hypo, DryTec and Isos business and sales, with primary responsibility for all accounts other than corporate accounts. The role has secondary responsibility to corporate accounts as many of the sales are private label brands. RPL sales are necessary to help sell out the production capacities of our plants and maximize efficiencies.
