      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies focused on RTLS/RFID solutions for asset and personnel tracking
      - Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to design and deliver technical solutions
      - Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and conduct ROI benefit analyses
      - Establish and implement account penetration plans and marketing strategies with minimal managerial input
      - Manage multiple sales pursuits while achieving assigned quotas and revenue forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience specifically in RFID/RTLS technology
      - Must reside in the US near a major airport, with national travel (~50%) expected
      - Proven success in selling to C-level decision-makers
      - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics (MT&L) vertical
      - Comfort in a highly technical selling environment with sophisticated technical comprehension
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with other sales professionals
      - Knowledge of strategic business plans for future customer direction
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
