      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals selling Identity Security Solutions to end users and channel partners
      - Develop and execute a 12-month business plan with clear milestones and actions
      - Evaluate and analyze the sales process, pipeline, and forecasting for continuous improvement
      - Establish relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth
      - Ensure the sales pipeline is three times the quota to meet organizational targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organizations
      - Experience managing sales during a transition from on-premises to SaaS solutions
      - Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales processes and performance
      - Ability to articulate the value proposition of Identity Security Solutions
      - Experience in developing and executing business plans with measurable outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
      - Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role within the technology sector
      - Established network within the cybersecurity or SaaS industries
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
