What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and operational support for multiple components of SAP systems
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to trends in system performance and resource utilization
- Support installation, configuration, and technical issue resolution for SAP systems
- Manage the Disaster Recovery (DR) process for SAP systems, ensuring compliance and testing
- Create and maintain system documentation and problem logs, adhering to service level obligations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, SLT, CPI, SolMan, and GRC
- Deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture and deployment models
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration, including system installation and maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cloud deployment
- Certification in SAP HANA administration
