What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales teams to achieve goals, increase engagement, and coordinate with operations
- Evaluate market conditions and develop effective business strategies to meet objectives
- Maintain positive relationships with peers and other departments while engaging with customers
- Present solutions via online meetings and suggest improvements in the sales process
- Monitor sales metrics for continuous improvement and prepare regular sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing sales team in a service-based or Software-as-a-Service industry
- Proven ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting
- Experience in a consultative, value-based sales methodology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft products
