What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Scrum Master for 1-2 configuration-focused teams, ensuring effective Scrum events
- Coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Agile principles tailored for configuration work
- Remove or escalate impediments blocking teams and improve flow across the value stream
- Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to execute PI Planning and other ART events
- Use Jira and Jira Align to manage work visualizations, backlogs, and team progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for Agile teams, ideally including configuration-focused teams
- At least one Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM)
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, participating in PI Planning and ART events
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills without formal authority
