What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, clean, and validate safety, incident, and risk-related data from multiple systems
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to track KPIs and safety performance
- Perform analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of concern
- Document business requirements, reporting processes, and workflows for consistency
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to align reporting with enterprise standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts/graphs
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with PowerBI for report building and data modeling
- Exceptional quantitative and analytic skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools
- Experience working with large data sets and developing tools for streamlined analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
