What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, monitor, and interpret policies and procedures to align with organizational strategies focused on Hateful Activities and Graphic Violence
- Oversee content moderation processes to prevent harmful content on the platform
- Perform content moderation and enforcement decisions while influencing scaled moderation efforts
- Monitor and execute BPO KPIs, providing insights to mitigate quality gaps with vendor and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, law, or public policy, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech industry, particularly in enforcement or spam management
- Strong experience in operational and/or support roles
- Experience working with outsourcing teams and scaled support
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven solutions
