Job Description

- Assist HR team and be involved in day-to-day administrative work and processes
- Collaborate with HR administration to track all signed employee documents (agreements, policies, new hire paperwork), reviewing paperwork, analyzing reports
- Assist in recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Assist in Federal and State labor law projects, Employee Relations, Training and Development and assist our US Boutiques with all HR related matters
- Order, maintain, and organize office & kitchen supplies
- Assist in Ad-Hoc projects as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organized, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Highly confidential, diplomatic, and tactful
- Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges
- Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines and effectively work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have availability in the office minimum 2-3 days a week
- Previous HR internship experience a plus
