- Maintain organized CRM records and activity tracking
- Use sales insights and reporting to improve performance and conversion rates
- Work closely with:

- Ensure smooth onboarding and client handoff after closing
- Share market feedback and customer insights to improve internal processes and offerings
- Support junior team members when needed through collaboration and guidance
- 3+ years of experience in:
- B2B sales,
- account management,
- or business development
- Proven track record of:
- exceeding quotas,
- closing deals,
- and driving revenue growth
- Strong experience managing the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- or similar tools
- Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Background in:
- service-based businesses
- B2B sales environments

- Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales reps
