      Location: Greenville, Spartanburg, & Anderson area
      Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri
      Compensation: $50K base + commission + bonus potential

      Role Overview

      The Sales and Recruiting Manager will drive business development, mentor the sales team, and manage client activities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Business Development (50%): Lead enterprise sales efforts, including outreach, closing, and negotiations.
      • Sales Training (7.5%): Conduct weekly training on sales techniques and CRM usage.
      • Client Management (30%): Guide the sales team, manage client interactions, and support account closings.
      • Team Management (7.5%): Provide feedback, handle performance discussions, and resolve conflicts.
      • Additional Duties (5%): Perform tasks to support sales and team development as needed.

      Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
      • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales with proven success in revenue generation.
      • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
      • Industry Knowledge: Experience in talent acquisition, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus.
      • Local Network: Strong connections in the Greenville/Spartanburg area preferred.

      Milestones:

      • 3 months: Achieve revenue goals and demonstrate WorkSmart's value.
      • 6 months: Establish a successful sales cadence.
