- Business Development (50%): Lead enterprise sales efforts, including outreach, closing, and negotiations.
- Sales Training (7.5%): Conduct weekly training on sales techniques and CRM usage.
- Client Management (30%): Guide the sales team, manage client interactions, and support account closings.
- Team Management (7.5%): Provide feedback, handle performance discussions, and resolve conflicts.
- Additional Duties (5%): Perform tasks to support sales and team development as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales with proven success in revenue generation.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in talent acquisition, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus.
- Local Network: Strong connections in the Greenville/Spartanburg area preferred.
- 3 months: Achieve revenue goals and demonstrate WorkSmart's value.
- 6 months: Establish a successful sales cadence.
Location: Greenville, Spartanburg, & Anderson area
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri
