The Asia Pacific Sales team at Intel is searching for an exceptional, customer-first driven leader to expand our impact with national and local governments within the Philippines. This driven account executive will be responsible for building and growing relationships across all facets of the public sector with eye on delivering better digital outcomes for both officials and Intel alike. This position will be joining the Sales, Marketing and Communications team within Intel which exists to deliver a world-class experience to our global, diverse, ever-expanding customers in a way that maximizes revenue, design wins and our reputation, so that we can exceed growth expectations. This role will have a direct impact on that mission within their own country and team. This is a commissioned sales position. 1. Works with named accounts in Public Sector (e.g. Federal, Central and Local Government, OR cover multiple branches) to drive digital transformational strategies with the customer and advocate preference for Intel architecture from Edge to Cloud 2. Builds top level relationship across their Public Sector customer teams, owns executive briefings and executive sponsorships. 3. Represent the organization in legislative matters with governmental bodies and for the implementation of all phases of regulatory strategy to ensure necessary approvals for company products/services. 4. Provide policy direction and coordinate Intel's efforts to engage with government directly or through the utilization of key opinion leaders, industry associations, foreign diplomatic missions, business chambers, media, and public-private partnerships. 5. Tag team with Intel resources and builder/partner sales teams to drive Intel based product purchases for Public Sector end users. Ensure leads are routed/match-make with the right builder/partners. 6. Work with the builder/partner account team to ensure that our builders/partners have the capabilities/solutions required by the government agencies and are advocating Intel-based solutions. 7. Proactively track, monitor and be aware of all government tenders/RFP, intercept them early to position Intel in a favourable position and stay involved throughout the process. 8. Exhibits a strong understanding of regulatory, government priorities and technology landscape to drive customer's digital transformation and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within assigned Public Sector accounts 9. Advocates on behalf of the customers within Intel , ensuring customer needs and priorities are understood 10. Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution 11. Meets or exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals for assigned accounts by winning tenders and transformational deals 12. Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience and advocacy for Intel. 13. Advises, contributes or design joint initiatives and activities with the customer or ecosystem partners 14. Work closely with internal stakeholders in identifying engagements points and developing an engagement strategy with government to support Intel's success. 15. Participate as a member of the business community in activities and initiatives, including participation and leadership of business chambers, industry associations, etc.Qualifications:
Ideal qualification and experience can be defined as: 1. Minimum 12+ years e- Experience in managing key government accounts and driving ICT and digital transformation projects 2. 10+ years related experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, and/or public affairs for a multinational company, NGO, or government. 3. Experience in sales, account management and Govt. executive interaction. 4. Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills 5. Proven background in building relationships with government and developing a local ecosystem like SI's, OEMs etc. to win key tenders/opportunities. 6. Technical knowledge on various programs, solutions, devices, and form factors based on Intel architecture /products 7. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, government policies/priorities/processes/operations and transformational IT initiatives of government sectors 8. Program execution skills - Define and drive various programs to increase the ICT and infra usage across various government agencies. 9. Should be a team player, comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and have a strong ability to partner and develop professional working relationships internally and externally. 10. Positive outgoing attitude and should be able to represent the company at external platforms and at senior ministerial levels.Job Type:
