What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to close deals and meet sales targets
- Identify and engage construction professionals to promote the employer's technology solutions
- Tailor solutions to address customer pain points through a consultative approach
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology benefits
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of progressive growth and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, or 3+ years of sales experience with a solid background in construction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Experience selling a product with a physical component, such as hardware or real estate
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Action-oriented with a passion for learning and taking initiative
