      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage client relationships to drive sales growth
      - Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proprietary damage assessment sensors and software
      - Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
      - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technology or engineering-related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or business development
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentations
      - Familiarity with civil infrastructure or risk management concepts is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with digital assessment technologies or software sales
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
      - Established network within the civil infrastructure industry
      - Knowledge of industry trends and challenges
      - Previous experience working in a remote environment
