What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify preferred prospects through enterprise resources and strategic sourcing methods
- Contact potential new customers to convert prospects into clients
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to fully understand customer needs
- Maintain product and pricing knowledge to educate prospects on services & value propositions
- Follow up on sales leads and develop, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of direct sales experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with Customer Sales Management (CSM)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in the logistics industry
