What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive regional sales of the solar product by building and managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Identify and engage commercial, institutional, and public sector clients with strong marketing, branding, or sustainability goals
- Execute both remote and in-person sales strategies tailored to long sales cycles (6-18+ months)
- Lead outreach to C-Suite, sustainability, facilities, and marketing stakeholders
- Manage all sales activities using a CRM system and provide accurate forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, branding/advertising sales, or capital equipment sales
- Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and high-value deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across a remote team
- Must be able to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with clients in retail, hospitality, higher education, or public space development
- Proven background in branding or experiential marketing sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and pipeline reporting
