What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key account gatekeepers and distributor partners
- Execute elite-level market activation events to foster consumer desire for the employer's brands
- Lead education and training efforts for distributor sales teams to ensure brand visibility
- Implement innovative marketing strategies and merchandising initiatives to drive sales
- Monitor and manage budget allocations to support sales initiatives and compliance efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the alcohol-beverage or consumer packaged goods industries
- Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
