What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage account setups and maintenance through dealerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Update price lists and maintain sales assignments for various regions and programs
- Process invoices and prepare monthly regional sales and expense reports
- Organize travel arrangements and meetings for the Region Director
- Mentor administrative staff and assist with onboarding new sales personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in a senior administrative role or supporting sales leaders and their teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales administration or support for regional sales operations
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for joint ventures and mergers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience in training and process standardization
