What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile, upload, process, and distribute weekly customer sell-through reports
- Set up and maintain vendor and SKU forecast files, collaborating with Sales and Purchasing teams
- Assist in the creation and distribution of new SKU setup forms for retail partners
- Maintain and update backend rebate summary files and communicate rebate programs internally
- Create and track street date letters to support vendor-approved launch processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) is considered an asset
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Quick to learn new systems and technologies, comfortable navigating various software tools
- Consistently represents the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
